Stella provides exceptional customer service. I had ordered two different mini cakes, the Aroha cake and the Clara mini cake for two separate dates. Due to a mix-up, both cakes were prepared for the first date. However, Stella kindly gave me both cakes that day and still fulfilled my original order for the second date. I was incredibly grateful for her generosity and professionalism. She went above and beyond and it truly meant a lot. Both cakes tasted divine.

Omg, I was so impressed with the cake. It looked beautiful and it was the perfect size for 2 people eating it. I ordered the chocolate and caramel flavour cake and it was absolutely delicious. I heard about From Sugar for a long time on Instagram and I was so excited to finally try it out. I ordered the cake as part of a mini birthday surprise for one of my friends. We picked it up on a Saturday and it stayed fresh until the day of the surprise (the following Monday). We were a group of 7 but the size was just enough for us as a little treat. My friends all said the cake was cute, that the flavour was good and just the right amount of sweetness ☺️ Would definitely order from here again, maybe we'll do a bigger cake size next time (yum) 😆

Delivery was slow and difficult to contact store, but cake was good
The mini-cake was adorable and the sweetness was just right. The only down side is I didnt taste the vanilla. Next time, ill try other flavours. Cheers!

Ordered two Clara mini cakes in two different colours and flavours for my mum and her twin brother's 60th birthday. They were perfect for the family lunch to go along with other dessert. The flavours were delish and the cake was nice and light.
Great booking system, and pick up was easy. Cake was nice but the buttercream icing was really thick. I think there was more of that than actual cake. Otherwise, I will still order in future :)
Store owner replied: Hey Suzzanne, I definitely understand, to get the design right, the icing has to be the same thickness for a 10” cake, as a 4” cake. The mini cakes will usually have icing left over, we just make sure the cake inside is delicious and moist! Sincerely, Stella xx
