Cake Care
- Transport in cooled car and avoid direct sunlight.
- Keep cake refrigerated
- Place the cake in a room temp environment for about 1-2 hours before serving, as the cakes are best enjoyed at room temp when the buttercream is soft.
- Cakes can be kept in the fridge up to 4 days before serving, the icing keeps the cake moist and fresh.

- We don't offer vegan, dairy-free, or eggless cakes.
- Some products have 'gluten-friendly' flavors with no added gluten, but may contain traces of gluten; not suitable for serious allergies.
Refund policy
- If your cake is not exactly as you wanted, delicious, or on time we will offer a complete refund and work to make it right.
