I feel like the cake didn’t taste like red velvet at all. This was probably my fault but I wish I left it out for longer than 2 hours. The whole look of the cake and the image was perfect though! There’s no doubt you have decorative skills. However, birthday girl and I were just disappointed in the taste of the cake itself and don’t think it was worth the price. I believe cake should be enjoyed by the tongue, not just the eyes 💗 Keep thriving!
What an incredible cake! I ordered the chocolate with Belgian chocolate filling for my mum’s birthday. The feedback from everyone was that this was the best cake they’ve ever had. So indulgent, not too sweet at all, and usually icing goes to waste but this icing was the perfect compliment to the cake. So pretty to look at too, just like cakes from the 90s. Would 100% order again.
I ordered a 6-inch vintage cake from Sugar for my friend’s 30th and it was honestly perfect! We went with chocolate cake and Belgian chocolate ganache filling, and it was absolutely divine. 🤎 It was more than enough for nine people, looked beautiful and tasted even better. Pickup was super easy and the customer service was lovely. Such a perfect cake for a special milestone birthday — would definitely order again!
Hi, Apologies for the delayed response. Absolutely loved the cake you created for my daughter’s birthday. It was beautifully crafted, tasted amazing. Everyone loved it so much and my wife tagged “From Sugar” in her Instagram story. Thank you for making our little one’s day extra special. Thanks & Regards, Sai Krishna
Absolutely delicious!
It was absolutely delicious. My friends and family really enjoyed the cake, especially the strawberry filling. super yummy and not too sweet!! I also love the idea that you can customise both the base and border colour and make sure the cake is how you like it. I decided my cake to have the message 'on cloud 9-teen' to show that I'm turning 19. I made the design in two different shades of green, and I loved the result. Thank you Stella and the From Sugar team. Will definitely order again and recommend your cakes to my other friends and family :))
