I ordered this chocolate cake to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday with the aunties and cousins who couldn't be there in person to share the moment with him. I chose it for the beautiful white flower decoration — they're the same flowers he loves picking on our daily morning walks, so it felt personal from the start.
Communication was fast, and when there was a small hiccup with the order details, they sorted it out straight away without any fuss. The cake arrived delivered with care and right on time, which meant everything on such a special day.
The aunties and cousins said it was the best cake they've ever had — they loved the flavour combination and texture so much they're already planning to order from here themselves. Excellent service from start to finish, and a cake that made my son's birthday even more special even from a distance.
Such a treat to get the chocolate caramel cake. Not only appealing to the eye but so delicious!! Would highly recommend, not too sweet but just perfect!

Great cake, easy ordering and pickup process. Cake was exactly as the images suggested. Enjoyed by adults and teens. We liked that the cake isn’t overly sweet, with the gooey caramel adding a nice amount of sweetness. Would definitely buy from From Sugar again.
Loved our chocolate caramel cake! It was for my daughters 30th birthday. Presentation was beautiful loved the crunch from the little choc balls on top and the addition of fudge yum!Cake was moist and yum , not too sweet and the caramel went perfectly with it. Everyone enjoyed it . Highly recommend 😊
This cake was absolutely delicious and so beautiful. It wasn’t too sweet and had such a good balance between the frosting, chocolate cake and caramel sauce, the extra caramel fudge ontop is such a nice addition to the cake too. 10/10 would recommend because I basically ate half of it to myself
The pick up was seamless. The cake look fabulous and tastes even better! The caramel and the icing were perfect ration and not overly sweet! Would try the other flavors for the next occassion!
The rich chocolate sponge balanced beautifully with the smooth, buttery caramel. Not overly sweet, but indulgent in every bite. Loved every bit of the bite !!
Our chocolate caramel cake was everything if not better of what I thought it would look and taste like. Really moist chocolate cake and the caramel filling was also really good, not too sweet and just enough for us to still enjoy both flavours. You can really feel the love that was put into making it. My little family enjoyed it so much and will definitely purchase again at From Sugar. :)
The cakes were beautiful. Exactly what they were 💯 delicious, attractive in ways that appeal to the eye and honestly wished I got the 10 inch for both of the cakes I purchased for my mums 70th birthday. ☺️🌊💙
Cake was absolutely gorgeous - we all finished it in literally 20 minutes. The texture, the flavour, the cream was absolutely insane - loved it soooo much!
This is the 3rd time we have ordered from sugar, and their cakes are lovely. Stella is an amazing baker and really knows how to make those cakes spongy, light and taste great. Will be ordering more for sure in the future !!!

Came and collected it in the worst weather ever and your mum was so sweet she found a cloth to cover the box in so i could take it to my car without being in a rush and ruining the cake
We absolutely loved this cake. It was beautifully made, incredibly moist and had the perfect level of sweetness-not overly sweet, just right. It was enjoyed by everyone, with several guests commenting on how delicious it was.
